TrustPost provides document upload and printing, courier delivery, and delivery confirmation services, ordered online and tracked through your account dashboard.
Prices are shown before you confirm an order. Business packages are prepaid and drawn down as a credit balance per delivery, as described on the Office Packages page.
Delivery not completed. If a delivery is not completed for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund for that delivery.
Delay due to force majeure. If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, extreme weather, or government restrictions — no refund will be issued for the delay, but the delivery will still be completed.
Other delays. For delays not caused by force majeure, no cash refund applies. Instead, you will receive credit toward a future order. The amount of credit depends on the length of the delay, at TrustPost's discretion.
You're responsible for providing accurate recipient details, pickup and delivery addresses, and any documents you upload. TrustPost is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information you provided.
To the extent permitted by law, TrustPost's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TrustPost after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
