Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding contract. The Services are intended primarily for businesses, law firms, legal departments and organizations.

You are responsible for your device and internet access. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for disruptions beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, power outages, labour disputes, natural disasters, war or other force-majeure events.

While you comply with these Terms, TrustPost grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services for yourself or an authorized client. That right ends if these Terms are breached.

TrustPost coordinates legal services, document and small-package delivery, international express delivery, short-term warehousing, e-commerce returns, recurring delivery, legal document serving, digital proof of delivery, digital notary or document verification, official translation and digital-signature management.

Availability, timing and legal effect depend on destination, document type, identity checks and applicable law. Regulated or professional work is performed or supported only by suitably authorized professionals or approved providers. TrustPost does not act as a notary, sworn translator, licensed process server or law firm unless expressly confirmed in writing. A quote becomes an order only after written acceptance.

TrustPost is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Information on the site is general and may not reflect the latest law in your jurisdiction. Using the site or ordering a service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

You remain responsible for verifying that the requested delivery, service method, notarization, translation, signature or proof meets the legal requirements that apply to your matter.

You must provide accurate account information and keep login details confidential. Do not share an account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, and we may suspend an account used in breach of these Terms.

You must comply with applicable law and respect intellectual-property, privacy and security rights.

Fixed prices are stored in USD. THB or another displayed currency is a conversion at the applicable reference rate. Tailored services receive a written scope and quote before payment.

You must review the service, price, currency, recipient details, files and schedule before confirming. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delay, failure or additional charges. Service areas and availability may change for operational, safety or legal reasons.

An order may become non-cancellable once processing, pickup, third-party verification, translation, storage or delivery begins. Send cancellation requests promptly to trustpost347@gmail.com. If cancellation remains operationally possible, we will confirm any completed work, third-party cost, cancellation fee or refund in writing, subject to applicable law.

Charges follow the price shown at checkout or a written arrangement accepted by an authorized TrustPost representative. Third-party, tax, customs or card-provider fees may apply when disclosed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. TrustPost does not store full card numbers.

You must provide accurate addresses, access instructions, contents, weight and handling needs. Warehousing is short-term unless a written plan says otherwise. Returns and recurring routes follow the accepted written scope.

Digital proof records the available delivery event. You must tell us before dispatch if a statutory or court-recognized form of service or proof is required.

Regular service may take up to 12 business days, expedited up to 8 business days, and express up to 6 business days, each with up to three attempts unless the accepted scope says otherwise. Optional evening or scheduled windows are priced separately.

Documents you provide remain your property and are treated as confidential. We disclose them only as described in the Privacy Policy, as needed to complete the service, or as required by law.

No electronic system is completely secure. You confirm that the documents and personal data you provide are lawful and that you have the authority, notice and consent required to submit them.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect TrustPost and its team from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, privacy violation or infringement of third-party rights. A company account provides this commitment on behalf of the company.

The site, software, text, graphics, methods and other TrustPost materials are protected intellectual property. You may use them only as necessary to use the Services and may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without written permission.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow TrustPost to use it worldwide without payment or attribution.

Links and third-party providers are not controlled by TrustPost. Their availability, terms, accuracy and security are their responsibility. A link or coordinated service does not imply endorsement beyond the accepted scope.

The Services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, TrustPost is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the six months before the event. You are responsible for insuring package contents and for the accuracy of documents, addresses and instructions. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

TrustPost may refuse, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect a breach, unlawful use, fraud, security risk or misuse. On termination, you must stop using the affected Services.

We may update these Terms as the Services change. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. The current version and update date will be posted here; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to the contracting TrustPost entity, the service location and any mandatory rights applicable to you. Disputes must be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction. Where legally permitted, claims should be filed within six months after they arise. Invalid provisions are enforced only to the lawful extent and the remainder continues in effect.
