Confidential document handling
Customer files are not sold, used for advertising or reused for any unrelated purpose. Access is limited to authorized staff and approved providers who need the documents to print, deliver, verify, translate or sign the specific order.
When an order is marked completed, the customer-uploaded working files are permanently deleted from TrustPost storage. Completion is blocked if deletion fails.
The signed proof of delivery and essential order record are kept separately for the limited retention period described in the Privacy Policy, or longer only where law or an active dispute requires it.
A completed delivery record brings the order, recipient, delivery event and signing information together. Actual fields depend on the service and evidence collected.

Print and hand-deliver is for securely printing your files and delivering them to the named recipient with tracking and completion proof. Formal process serving is reviewed against the jurisdiction and evidence you require; its scope and quote are confirmed in writing before payment.
We currently focus on Thailand, with document delivery in Bangkok and domestic parcel routes confirmed individually. Hong Kong is coming soon; bookings there are paused. Coverage, urgency and availability are confirmed for each order. International express is handled by written quote.
Yes. Fixed-price services show a starting amount in the order flow. Tailored services show that a quote is required, and the team confirms the written scope and price before payment.
Your order keeps its status history and available completion evidence. Depending on the service, this may include a signed proof-of-delivery document, courier or recipient signature record, location update, photo or other agreed evidence.
Files are used only to complete the selected service. Customer-uploaded working files are deleted when the order is marked completed; the essential order record and signed proof are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.
