We do not sell personal data or share it for a third party's own marketing without consent.
5. International transfers
Because Services may span countries, data can be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
6. Cookies
Cookies and similar technology keep you signed in, remember language and preferences, measure performance and understand marketing effectiveness. Browser settings can control cookies, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
7. Data retention
- Customer-uploaded working files are permanently deleted from TrustPost storage when the order is marked completed. The system blocks completion if those files cannot be deleted.

- Identity-verification and signature audit records are retained under the requirements of the relevant regulated provider.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of marketing consent. Legal retention duties may limit deletion. Contact trustpost347@gmail.com; identity verification may be required before we act.
9. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls and technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is completely secure. Use a strong unique password and notify us if you suspect compromise.
10. Your documents
Uploaded documents remain your property and are treated as confidential. They are used only to fulfil the service you requested and are not sold, used for advertising, mined for unrelated purposes or reused for another customer. Access is limited to authorized staff and approved providers who need the document for the specific order, or where disclosure is required by law.
11. Controller and processor roles
Where the law uses these terms, TrustPost is controller for its own account, support, security and analytics data. TrustPost generally acts as processor for personal data inside customer documents and order details provided to complete a service. Customers remain responsible for lawful collection, notice and consent for that data.
12. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, parental or guardian consent.
13. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the Services evolve. The revised version and update date will be posted here, and account holders will be notified of material changes where required.

Support forms and anti-abuse controls
Support forms collect your name, reply email, optional order reference, topic, message and acknowledgement. We use this information to respond and investigate the request, not to sign you up for marketing.
Messages are sent through Resend to our official support mailbox. Email services, including the mailbox provider, process the correspondence. Access is limited to people handling support. Messages are kept as necessary for the request and legitimate record-keeping or legal duties.
Server-side anti-abuse controls use short-lived, hashed identifiers to limit repeated submissions. The control records do not contain your message or uploaded documents. GA4 analytics has not been enabled by this update.
